Adult Learner Orientation
At the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, we believe that Orientation is a process, not just an event. We are excited to provide the information that you need to have a successful transition to our campus. Because of the importance of this information, all Adult students (21+) are required to attend one of our New Student Orientation programs.
During Orientation you have the opportunity to:
•Meet with your college dean and members of our faculty
•Meet other incoming students
•Learn about university resources
•Discuss important transition issues
•Meet with an academic advisor
•Register for classes
Members of our award winning Student Orientation Staff will guide you through your New Student Orientation experience, helping you understand what it means to be a true Ragin' Cajun.
There's no time like the present. Learn more about our various New Student Orientation programs by clicking on the link to the left that corresponds to the semester you will start on campus.
Congratulations on your decision to become a Ragin' Cajun and we will see you soon!
