Missed Spring Orientation?
Thu, 01/08/2015 - 8:33amAll new students are required to attend Orientation to receive the best preparation for life on campus at UL Lafayette! If you missed orientation, we are offering mini sessions to get you caught up.
When: Monday, January 12 through Friday, January 16 and again Tuesday, January 20 through Wednesday, January 21 (the University will be closed on Monday, January 19 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day)
Time: Each mini session will start at the top of the hour (8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, etc.). The last session of each day will be at 3:00 PM (ending at 4:00 PM, allowing enough time for advising). On Friday, campus closes at 12:30 PM, so the last orientation will begin at 10:00 AM.
Sessions will last 1 hour.
Where: UPDATE 1-15-15: Since numbers of students needing orientation have gotten much smaller, mini-sessions will now be held in Buchanan Hall, room 311 beginning Thursday, January 15 through Wednesday, January 21. (D7 on our Campus Map)
After completion of the mini orientation session, students will be directed to Academic Advising, course registration and will be directed to take their Cajun Card ID photo.
There is no need to register for these mini orientation sessions. Late arrivals will have to wait until the next mini orientation session begins.
