Spring Orientation is designed for new students beginning their studies at UL Lafayette during the Spring Semester. During Orientation, you will have the opportunity to meet other incoming students, learn about important university resources, discuss transition issues, meet with an academic advisor in your area of study, and register for classes.

*Students attending Late Spring Orientation will incur a $50 late course registration fee that will be applied to their Tuition and Fees. Students are encouraged to attend the November orientation to avoid this late fee.
Orientation registration is not yet available. Packets will be mailed to admitted students beginning in October.

The fee for Spring New Student Orientation is $100.00 and includes all Orientation program materials, meals, program facilitation, and a Ragin' Cajun spirit shirt.

Check In Time & Location
Check in runs from 8:00-9:10 AM in the Student Union Ballroom (E6 on our Campus Map).
Orientation runs from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Students are REQUIRED to participate in the FULL DURATION of Orientation activities. Those arriving late or leaving early will be required to reschedule to another orientation session.
