Registration for First Time Freshmen Orientation will begin on March 1, 2024.
FINAL UPDATE: UL Lafayette Orientation Still Scheduled for July 15-16
Sun, 07/14/2019 - 9:48amOrientation on Monday-Tuesday (July 15-16) will take place as planned. The university will be open normal business hours beginning Monday at 7:30 AM.
Please use your judgement when traveling to campus as we want you to make it here safely. If you do not feel it safe to travel from your hometown, then we will accommodate you for orientation on Wednesday-Thursday. You do not need to contact us to reschedule. We will hold on to your nametag and will be ready for you at check-in on Wednesday, July 17 from 7:30-8:30 AM.
A preliminary campus damage assessment has been made and there are no major issues. As you arrive to campus tomorrow, please be mindful of the likelihood of small branches and small storm debris on the sidewalks and in parking lots, etc. Please be safe in your travels and we look forward to seeing you at orientation!
