Adult Orientation is designed for Adult Learners (21+) starting their studies at UL Lafayette during Spring Semester. During Orientation, you will have the opportunity to meet other incoming students, learn about important university resources, discuss transition issues facing adult students, and meet with an academic advisor in preparation for registering classes.

*Students attending Late Spring Orientation will incur a $50 late course registration fee that will be applied to their Tuition and Fees. Students are encouraged to attend the November orientation to avoid this late fee.
Orientation registration is not yet available. Orientation packets will be mailed to admitted students beginning in October.

The fee for Spring Adult Orientation is $50.00 and includes all Orientation materials, lunch, program facilitation, and a Ragin' Cajun spirit shirt.

Check In Time & Location
Check in runs from 8:00-9:10 AM in the Student Union Ballroom (E6 on our Campus Map).
Orientation runs from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Students are REQUIRED to participate in the FULL DURATION of Orientation activities. Those arriving late or leaving early will be required to reschedule to another orientation session.
