Reservations for Orientation
 
 
Transfer Reservations

After gaining admission to UL Lafayette, Transfer students will receive an Orientation invitation by mail.

Register for Transfer Orientation after your advisor has removed your advising hold:
  • Login to ULink using your USERNAME and PASSWORD
  • Click on the link marked REGISTRATION
  • Select REGULAR CLASSES. Do not select the "FRESHMAN ORIENTATION" option.
  • Enter the correct 6 digit ID # for the Orientation session you wish to attend.

Freshman & Adult Reservations


After gaining admission to UL Lafayette, new freshmen and adult students will receive an Orientation invitation by mail. Your invitation will include a unique username and password which will allow you to access Orientation Reservations on ULink, the University web portal. Reservations are required!
Note: If you currently have an active UCS account, your password abve will be the word "ACTIVE". If this is the case, you should use your last known password. If you do not know your last password, please see the helpdesk staff at Room 201 of Stephens Hall to have your password changed.
  • Click on the tab marked STUDENTS
  • Under STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM, click on the link marked REGISTRATION.
  • Choose FRESHMAN ORIENTATION, and then SUBMIT.
  • Follow the prompts to register for Orientation
  • Pay your fee. We encourage you to pay online when you register. You can also print your invoice and pay your Orientation fee by the deadline found on your invoice.
Note: To keep your reservation for Orientation, you are required to pay the Orientation fee by the deadline found in your Orientation invitation.
