Session 8 Orientation
Wed, 07/13/2016 - 4:58pmConfirmation emails were sent on July 13 to all freshmen students and parents registered for the Wednesday-Thursday, July 20-21, 2016 New Student Orientation. This was sent to the email address you applied to the University with. If you did not receive your confirmation email, please send us an email to double check your reservation (orientation@louisiana.edu).
As this is our last regular orientation session, registration will remain open for this session until Sunday, July 17. Another confirmation email will be sent to all registered students on Sunday after the session is closed.
Admitted Freshman students who miss the Sunday deadline to register for this orientation should call our office on Monday or Tuesday (July 18-19) to add their names to the walk-up registrant list. Students on this list will be allowed to walk-up and register at check-in on Wednesday morning.
Students must be present for the entire duration of the orientation beginning at check-in Wednesday morning (July 20 from 7:30-8:30 AM) and ending at 8:00 PM on Wednesday and continuing on Thursday (July 21 from 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM). Students missing any part of the orientation will need to register for our Late Fall orientation on Tuesday, August 16, 2016.
