August 21 Orientation Confirmation Details

CHANGES TO PARKING FOR AUGUST 21:

Due to Housing Move-In, parking will be severely limited on campus.  FREE PARKING will be available through our shuttle service from Blackham Coliseum.

Students attending the August 21 Orientation will need to park at Blackham Coliseum (2330 Johnston Street, Lafayette, LA 70503) and take the FREE shuttle to campus.

7:15 AM - 9:00 AM -- Shuttles will run from Blackham Coliseum and will drop off students in front of Earl K. Long Gym where check-in is taking place.  Check-in runs from 8:00 - 9:15 AM.  So that students can complete all of check-in, we encourage everyone to arrive at Blackham Coliseum at least 30 minutes before the end of check-in (by 8:30 AM).

1:15 PM - 5:30 PM-- Shuttles will run from Earl K. Long Gym to Blackham Coliseum.  Once students have been advised, scheduled their classes and received their Cajun Card ID at check-out they can board the shuttle to return to their vehicle at Blackham Coliseum.
